Our Team

Dr. Crystal Wade completed her Ocular Disease Resident at Omni Eye Services, where she provided comprehensive medical eye care while working alongside ophthalmologists specializing in cornea, glaucoma, retina, refractive surgery, and cataract care. She has a strong clinical interest in ocular disease, glaucoma management, corneal disease, retinal disease, dry eye, postoperative surgical care, and specialty contact lenses.
 

Dr. Wade earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Kentucky College of Optometry after completing her Bachelor of Science degree at Middle Tennessee State University. Throughout her clinical training, she completed externships at several leading eye care centers, including Marietta Eye Clinic, Woolfson Eye Institute, and Triangle Vision Optometry, where she gained extensive experience diagnosing and managing complex ocular diseases, co-managing cataract and glaucoma surgery patients, evaluating retinal conditions, and caring for patients before and after refractive surgery.
 

Prior to becoming an optometrist, Dr. Wade was a licensed optician and successfully owned and managed an optical practice in Georgia for seven years. This unique background allows her to combine medical expertise with a thorough understanding of vision correction, eyewear, and patient education to provide personalized, comprehensive eye care.
 

Dr. Wade is passionate about preserving vision through early detection, evidence-based treatment, and patient education. She is committed to delivering compassionate, individualized care while helping patients maintain lifelong ocular health.

Elton Angoni is an associate optometrist at A Plus Optique. Originally from Canada, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of McGill prior to moving to Ohio to continue his education. At The Ohio State University, he became deeply involved in research and became one of only eight students to join the highly competitive T-35 program, receiving the prestigious T35 NIH National Research Service Award. Dr. Angoni graduated Ohio states with Honors, while receiving both his Doctorate of Optometry and a Masters in Vision Science. 
 

Post-graduation, Dr Angoni decided to pursue a residency position at Woolfson Eye Institute. During his residency, Dr Angoni was trained in both anterior and posterior segment ocular disease and refractive surgery management.
 

Post-residency, Dr Angoni joined the team at A Plus Optique where he provides comprehensive and problem-focused eye exams. His focus in ocular disease management includes glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. He is also an affiliate with a Low Vision non-profit organization in his spare time, helping individuals with vision loss become more independent. 

Outside of work, Dr Angoni loves spending time playing tennis, travelling and trying experiencing new foods. He is also loves meeting new people, spending time with his significant other, Sarah, and their little cat, Yoshi.
